The
regular intake of organic, nutritious and healthy food saves from several types
of cancers. It is better to add the nutritious foods in diet chart in case if
someone has got afflicted with cancer as these foods will reduces the complexities
associated with the deadly disease.
1. Ginger
It
is very beneficial in cancer. It reduces the levels of cholesterol and helps in
stopping the formations of blood clots. It has anti-fungal and anti- cancer
properties. The ginger could be added to salads and soups.
2. Green Tea
The
green tea contains an anti-oxidant known as poly-phenol, which helps in
stopping the cancer cells from multiplying. The green tea should be taken
without sugar or otherwise the light sweeteners like honey or maple syrup or
stevia leaves could be added.
3. Blueberry
Blueberries
are full of anti-oxidants. The wild blueberries, strawberries, mulberries and
grapes reduce the risks of cervical cancer.

eggs are the rich diets for vitamin A and vitamin B. Add the eggs in breakfast
to reduce the risks of cervical and lung cancers.
5. Mushrooms
The
mushrooms give strength to the body to fight against cancer and boost the
immune system. They contain a protein called lactein which attacks the cancer
cells and stops them from multiplying. Mushrooms encourage the formation of interferon s in the body.
6. Beet roots
The
beetroots contain beta carotene which stops the formation of cancer cells. The
carrots and pumpkins also contain enough amounts of beta-carotene and the
regular intake of these foods help in reducing cancer risks.
7. Pomegranate Juice
The
regular intake of pomegranate juice controls the cancer. The chemicals present
in pomegranate effectively kill the cancer cells and save other cells from
getting damaged. A glass of pomegranate juice is so effective that it could
even save the aged people from getting affected by cancer.
